Professional Seeking Room in Brighton

Hi,

I'm Freddie, a 24-year-old professional relocating to Brighton to start a full-time role as a Junior Games Mathematician.

I'm looking for accommodation from mid-June onwards, ideally somewhere fairly central with good access to the city centre and public transport. I'm open to a house share, lodger arrangement, or other accommodation options.

My budget is around £900pcm including bills, although I'm flexible for the right place. One of my main priorities is flexibility: ideally I'm looking for a short-term arrangement initially (around 1–3 months), with the possibility of staying longer if it works well for both sides.

A bit about me: I'm kind, considerate, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep things tidy and enjoy a clean living environment. I'll be working full-time from the office during the week, and in my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, and exploring new places. I'm also vegetarian.

I'm happy living with students, young professionals, families, or live-in landlords, and I'd be equally comfortable in a sociable household or a quieter one.
