Professional M48, searching Manchester & Tyneside

Hello, I'm Gary, professional Male 48, non-smoker, no pets. I'm currently based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and am looking to relocate to Greater Manchester, I'd also be happy to stay on in Tyne and Wear. I don't drive so would want somewhere with train/metro/tram connection in reasonable walking distance (<2 miles). In the first instance I'm looking for somewhere for around 6 months, but there is flexibility there.

I'm looking for a double room with ensuite in a house with a Live In Landlord for two reasons- the first is I'd rather be in a calm, managed environment, I'm quiet, respectful and don't want the chaos of a houseshare with dishes and mess all over the place! The second reason I'd prefer a Live In Landlord is that the prospect of letting spare rooms is something I have considered for the future, so I would like to see how it works.

For a double ensuite room with bills included, the budget is up to around £1100 pcm depending on what is included in the package, and the location of the property.

My hobbies and interests mainly revolve around sport, music, entertainment and arts. I'm liberal and tolerant in outlook and would be respectful of the fact I am in someone else's home- I'm flexible with regards to you needing the space to yourself at points, and so on...
