Quiet, tidy female looking for room Aug–early Jan

Hi, I’m Lareina. I’m originally from Taiwan and currently based in Edinburgh. I’ve recently completed my Master’s degree and I’m now working part-time in the city.

I’m looking for a room in Edinburgh from August to early January. My budget is £600–£750 pcm including bills.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• a clean, quiet and calm flat
• female flatmates
• a non-smoking flat
• bills included if possible
• good access to public transport
• a furnished room
• a room with a window / natural light
• an en-suite room if possible
• enough space for a desk
• a secure and well-maintained flat

I’m tidy, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m looking for a comfortable home rather than a party flat.
