Exchange student looking for a home!

Hi everyone!

My name is Anna, I'm 20 years old, and I'm looking for a room in Edinburgh for my exchange semester this fall (September–December).

I'm a third-year History student at Leiden University in the Netherlands. Back home I'm quite involved in student life through different clubs and associations, and I'm excited to experience everything Edinburgh has to offer!

I'm fluent in English, tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I don't smoke, but I don't mind living with smokers, and I'm happy to live with pets (although I won't be bringing any with me from the Netherlands!).

In my free time, I love drawing, usually while having a trashy TV show playing in the background. I also enjoy watching films (watched trainspotting with my parents… I’m prepared for everything 🙂‍↕️), and I love visiting museums and art galleries.

I'm looking for a friendly house with flatmates who enjoy a chat in the kitchen, occasionally sharing a meal, cooking together, having film nights, or going for a coffee or a drink. At the same time, I'm respectful of shared spaces and always happy to do my part around the house (as my previous flatmates would happily attest!).
