6 week rental needed

Looking to rent a room for just 6 weeks from 19th July to 29th August for a research internship at the University of York. Ideally for 7 days a week but I will consider weekdays-only rooms for the right price. I need bills included and ideally also furnished but I am willing to accept an unfurnished room if it is cheap.

I am a quiet, mature 22 year old student completing a professional placement at the uni, as a result I will fit easily into a house of professionals or students. I do not drink alcohol or party, so ideal housemates would be similar, however as it is just for 6 weeks this is not essential.

I will be working full time at the University of York, and will be taking trips at the weekend, so you can expect to not see me during working hours or for most of the weekend. Ideally I could do with use of a kitchen to make breakfast and packed lunch (likely at around 7am but I can be flexible to fit with your house), and ideally be able to use the kitchen most evenings to cook dinner.
