30 Year Old Professional

Hi there,

I'm Nic, 30, and currently looking for a place to call home in Manchester.

I work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Education sector, and I genuinely enjoy what I do. My job means I'm an early starter during the week, usually up before 6am, so I'd be best suited to a household with other early risers or people who appreciate a quieter weekday routine. Don't worry though—I won't be blasting alarms or making noise at silly o'clock - besides the shower.

Outside of work, I'm a big fitness enthusiast and spend most mornings or evenings in the gym, training 5–6 times a week. I'm also a huge football fan and will watch every game I can. I like being social and enjoy the occasional night out but that's only usually once a month.

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I take pride in where I live and believe everyone enjoys a home more when it's kept clean and looked after. I'm always happy to do my bit around the house and am considerate of the people I live with.

I'd describe myself as relaxed, and get on with open minded people. Easy to talk to and get on with, and also respectful of when people want their own time and space.

I'm looking for a comfortable, relaxed home with like-minded housemates who are friendly, respectful, and enjoy a good atmosphere without constant parties.

I do also have 2 sausage dogs, so ideally somewhere where they'd be welcome too, but not all the time, as currently they will be living mostly with my parents.
