Autumn/Winter in London

Hi. We are two very friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, easy-going people (a sixth form College teacher and a university HR Director). We are looking for a place (or places), in London to stay (on and off) between October until about February. Our preferred area would be south of the Thames probably, perhaps Blackheath or Greenwich, although we will consider anywhere if it seems suitable. We live in our own house in Kent. I work part time in East London and I drive up. The idea would be for me to stay in the accommodation on Mon-Tues nights (to avoid the drive). I would probably then go back to our home in Kent after work on Wednesday and then both of us would return to London on Friday evening and stay the weekend to enjoy all that it has to offer during the Autumn/Winter months (when Kent can be a wee bit dull). We are hoping this arrangement would work out to be more cost effective for us and more ‘known’ than an Airbnb or hotel, while providing you with an income, knowing that we will look after your home. Our adult children live in other parts of England so being in London is more accessible for us all to meet up from time to time as well. We didn’t know what rent to put so the price we’ve put is just to fill that box (the photo was taken at our son’s wedding very recently!)
