Hello!
I am a student studying at RVC and looking to find a place for the beginning of September. I am a quiet and responsible tenant looking to live somewhere for approximately 11 months. My student finance would cover more than the rent so rent would not be an issue. It would be nice for the landlord to start my payments in October as that is when i begin to get payed from Student Finance, payments monthly after that is not an issue. Im mostly looking to live with just females but males can be accepted. I would like a double bed or a small double bed and some space in the room. I would preferably like a desk because i need to study and enough natural light in the room. Im looking for a place in North-west/North/East/North-East/South-east.
