25 Y/O Female Looking for Housemates

Hiya,

I’ve got a 3 bedroom house in Chiswick that I’m currently living in that is up for a rent renewal from July 20th (option to move in earlier) so I’m looking to fill two rooms so I can stay here. Otherwise I will be looking for someone new to live.

I come with the added bonus of three indoor cats that I rescued when they were abandoned as kittens. They are the most affectionate and well behaved babies.

My current property is a right touch, in terms of the house itself, location and its housemates 😉

Transport:
- Chiswick Park (District) is a 6 minute walk (although I have sped walk and done it in 4 before 🤣)
- Turnham Green (District and Piccadilly) is a 10 minute walk
- South Acton (MildMay) is a 10 minute walk
- 94 Bus Stop is a 24 hour bus that is a 2 minute walk

For my social peeps, whether it be for a cheeky wine, summertime drink or a Sunday roast there are two pubs within a five minute radius and endless pubs and restaurants in the High Road. The high road is also full of charity shops, we’ve got a big Sainsbury’s, M&S, tescos and natural food shops within a short walking distance.

For my peeps that enjoy nature, we have the Green right outside the house and the river is only a 20 minute walk from the house. Kew Gardens also isn’t far, and of course you’ve got Chiswick House! Perfect for a safe run or a nice stroll!

The house itself has three double bedrooms, a communal living room, a communal kitchen and diner (with lots of storage space), an upstairs bathroom with a shower and a downstairs toilet. We also have a cute little garden patio with an outside shed. The house is also kept spotless!
