Professional Seeking Quiet Home

I'm Kira and I work in InfoSec, mainly from home, although I have some flexibility to work from the office. I'm looking for a comfortable and well-kept house/flat share in South London with friendly, considerate housemates.

Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle and spend much of my free time training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, practising judo, going to the gym and taking dance classes.

At home I'm clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I'm looking for a relaxed household rather than a party house, and I value having a comfortable home to come back to at the end of the day. While I enjoy my own interests and routine, I'm also happy to have a chat, share the occasional meal or catch up over a coffee with housemates.

Ideally, I'd like to live with other professionals who are settled, considerate and enjoy a similar balance of independence and friendliness.

I'm flexible on age, but I tend to be best suited to households where people are in their 30s and 40s, have their own routines, interests and social lives, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home.

I don't smoke and only drink socially. I'd love to find a welcoming home where everyone is respectful of one another and can enjoy their own social lives while being considerate of the shared space. A garden would be a bonus!

In terms of tenancy length, I'm looking for somewhere long-term, but I'm happy to discuss minimum and maximum stay requirements to find something that works well for everyone.
