PhD student looking to buddy up

Hi! I’ll be pursuing a phd at sussex this September onwards. I’m looking to buddy up or find a room in a flat, preferably queer and/or racially diverse household.
I’m moving down south after having lived in Edinburgh for a while, so im really keen on exploring the city and its queer culture.
I tend to be a clean/tidy housemate, however I understand that chores can sometimes pile up for various reasons. I also prefer clear communication regarding household responsibilities and bills. Ideally, i’d like to live with someone whom i can be friends with while also respecting each other’s boundaries.
