22F Seeking Room for Cambridge Research Placement

Hello,

I will be moving from Germany to Cambridge in late August 2026 to undertake a full-time research placement in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Cambridge. My placement runs from 1 September 2026 until 31 January 2027, and I am looking for a room for approximately 5–6 months.

I can provide proof of funding, confirmation of my placement and any other documentation required.

I have previous experience living in shared accommodation, including six months in a house share in Madrid with seven other tenants. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and would describe myself as tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces and other people's routines.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports and other outdoor activities. While I will be busy with my research placement and thesis project during my stay, I would also be happy to get to know my housemates and explore Cambridge.
