I'm looking for a room in East or South East London, ideally around Greenwich, Canada Water or nearby areas.

I am a recent graduate and have just completed my teacher training so currently looking for a full time role. I have a pet hamster named Hammy and he is very lovely!

Budget £1000-1300 pcm (including bills)

I'm friendly, tidy and considerate, and I'm hoping to find a home rather than just a place to sleep. I enjoy exploring London, walks by the river, cafés, sports and spending time with friends. I'm sociable and would love to live with people who are happy to chat in the evenings or occasionally do things together, while still respecting each other's space.

I'm reliable with rent and happy to provide references or a guarantor if required. Looking forward to meeting some great housemates!
