Hi all, my name is Antonio and I am looking for a single room to rent as the landlord of my current place is selling the house. I am 48, single, social and with young spirit with a preference for private time when not working. I have a full time job for more than 10 years and currently off in the weekends. My shift is 13.00 to 22.30, Monday to Friday, so I am out of the house long time. Huge fan of tennis, as I play since I was a kid. And have a common taste for music, movies, series... I never cook so my only use of the kitchen is normally the fridge and the washing machine.
I was looking for up to 600£/month single room. Ideally to move-in in July but I am open to speed or delay the process. I would like to stay in the room, if everything is ok, for long time. I don't smoke and haven't got pets.
