Looking for a room/ house to move in August

Hi I’m Louis. I’m 27 and a soon to be drama school graduate who is working full time in Guildford. Im an actor first and foremost but currently work as a front of house supervisor at a theatre and hopefully will start teaching soon. I’m tidy, clean, kind and an easy going person to live with. I enjoy nights out and nights in and am a big home cook/ baker. My family and friends mean everything to me. I’m originally from Manchester and yes I still have the accent. My budget is £900 ideally with bills included I also have money saved to put towards rent. I’m looking to move in during August as my current tenancy runs out on the 20th August and looking to stay till minimum of Jan/ Feb 2027. I would love a dishwasher but that’s not a deal breaker however I want a decent sized double room and enough space in fridge/ freezer for meal prep. Ideally near public transport links so I can get to work easily. I am also an openly gay man, so need to live with people who are queer friendly although it’s a small part of who I am it’s important to feel safe. Any queries or questions do message me.
