31 years old woman working in the arts

Hello!
I am moving back to London after working in Cornwall for four years and Liverpool for a year. I work in the arts, in exhibitions planning, and about to start a new full time role at the Royal Academy of Arts. I used to live in London 7 years ago when studying, living North and loving it.

I am looking at renting a room in a nice house share near green spaces, nice cafés and calm streets. I am very considerate and it is important for me to feel good and calm in the house I live in, being able to unwind. I am also social, like cooking and occasionally hosting dinners.

Outside of work I am quite active doing yoga, running, and spend my week ends going for coffees with friends, exploring parts of London, and seeing exhibitions.

I am from the South of France and often travel back to visit friends and family. I like to visit friends in Cornwall or escape for a long week end in the countryside. I also love spending week ends in London, enjoying the city and seeing friends.

I would love to hear from you if you think I would be a nice fit for the house,
