Postgraduate Student & Professional Seeking Room i

I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Manchester and currently working in Rusholme. I'm looking for a clean and comfortable room in a friendly house share from the end of June.

I'm tidy, respectful, non-smoking, and easy to get along with. Most of my time is spent studying, working, or exploring Manchester. Ideally looking for somewhere within walking distance of Curry Mile, Rusholme, Fallowfield, Withington, Victoria Park, or nearby areas, but I'm open to other locations.

My budget is flexible depending on the room and bills included. Happy to provide references if required.
