Hey! I’m Yaz, a 31-year-old creative working in the music industry. I’m currently based in Clapton and have lived around Hackney/East London for the past 6–7 years, so I’m ideally looking to stay in East, hopefully Clapton / Hackney / Homerton. Ideally would move end of Sept!

I’m into all things creative - I sing and make music, love art and photography, and occasionally do stick-and-poke tattoos if you ever fancy one! I work full-time in festival marketing and have been in music marketing for years, so I’m also a handy person to know if you’re ever hoping for the odd cheeky guest list. 😉

I’m sociable, tidy, and respectful of people’s space, but I’m also looking for more than just housemates - I’d love to find people I genuinely get on with and can build a home and friendship with. Ideally 3-4 of us total!

I also come with my little furry son, Godzilla 🖤 He’s a 1.5yr black cat, super friendly, loves a cuddle, and is very chilled. So I’m ideally looking to live with fellow animal lovers!

I’ve actually found a gorgeous refurbished warehouse in London Fields that I’d love to make happen. It’s being let as a whole four-person property rather than individual rooms, so if that sounds like your vibe, definitely let me know!
