Hi 😊

I'm Gina, 33, and work as a Project Manager in design and construction. I split my time between working from home (usually 2–3 days a week) and my office in Surrey.

I'm LGBTQ+ and currently looking to put down some roots in London. I'm sociable, warm and enjoy spending time with housemates, but I'm also respectful of people's space and need my own quiet time too.

I'm equally happy having a good chat in the kitchen, watching a film, heading out for an activity, or just existing peacefully in the same space doing our own thing.

I'm very clean and tidy and really value a well-looked-after home. I'm proactive with household issues, handy with DIY, and own a full toolkit, so I tend to fix things rather than ignore them.

Outside work, dancing is a big part of my life and I usually spend 2–3 evenings a week at classes or socials. I also enjoy things like yoga, tennis, surfing, hiking, reading and generally saying yes to interesting adventures.

One important thing is that I have two cats, Simba and Ami, who I'd like to bring over once I've settled in. They're very well-behaved, affectionate and self-sufficient. They don't jump on kitchen counters, scratch furniture or cause chaos. They're indoor/outdoor cats, so I'm looking for somewhere with access. I'm very conscious of keeping shared spaces clean and would happily take responsibility for any additional cleaning, fur management, etc.

I'd love to find/build a friendly, relaxed home with kind people who enjoy living together, while also respecting each other's independence and space.
