Enby and Ex guide dog seeking double room + patio/

Hi!

I'm Fen, I'm 23 and currently local to Plymouth! I am pretty quiet in my daily living, but an absolute yapper in the communal areas (if you're up for it!),, I am a neurodivergent queer individual with a dog, 2 rats, and a hamster! I need enough space to fit these guys in, and enough storage for a decent amount of clothes (I'm interested in expressing myself through fashion and makeup).

I also need access to a patio or grass space for my dog, and ideally somewhere near green spaces to walk him, and myself let's be real.

My day to day is pretty calm, I get up in the mid morning, tend to chill in my room if I'm not going out with my boy, and I don't make much noise past 11pm as I usually am asleep by 1am and wind down around midnight. I occasionally have friends over for a couple hours at a time but usually prefer to hang out outside the house with people. I am neurodivergent with chronic pain so doing dishes is my arch nemesis; if there is a dishwasher I will be super neat and clean with this but if not I'll need a bit of patience as hand washing dishes really hurts and I don't always have the energy to do it...

I'm looking to live with people who are open minded, and don't mind the occasional cup of tea and natter! I like to be friendly with my housemates but I'm not prying into anyone personal lives.

I can afford £750 a month for rent with a little wiggle room for bills if not included, however my absolute reasonable maximum is £800 a month!
