Looking for double room to rent end of July!

Hi! My name is Tamsin, I’m 29 years old and have been living with friends for the past few years. They are going to be moving in with family end of July to save some £££ (very understandable) so am on the hunt for a new place for myself!
I’m looking to move into a double room in a flat/house share, preferably long term and can be flexible on start date. My top budget is around £800 plus bills, something in the North/South East area.

A bit about me - big into running, the outdoors, a little dancey night out once in a while, reading, art exhibitions, the theatre, ballet class and a mooch around the charity shops. If any pets not a problem, have been cohabiting with 2 kitties and would be an added bonus if a furry friend happened to be in the next house too!

I work full time in the fashion sphere and go into the office 5 days a week so wouldn’t need a wfh space. Would love a homely home I can come back to chill with friendly people who I can have a laugh with, watch some telly and the occasional trip to the pub. Equally am sociable and have my own group of friends so very much respect people’s alone time.

I have many years of experience living in shared flats and am big on helping around the house with the cleaning etc.
