A professional looking for a room in a houseshare

Hey! I'm a museum professional. I'm looking for a single/ double room in a tidy, clean and quite houseshare with a maximum one or two flatmates. The preferred location is nearby the city center, Moseley or JQ. My preferred choice is ensuite and bills are included with rent.

I'm usually busy with my life but I prefer a space where I can come back in the evening and chat with my flatmate while cooking, and maybe going out to explore other cities as this is my main interest. My social activities are mostly outside the house, so the space will be quite and organized, and no overnight guests and I expect the same from my flatmates.
