A professional looking for a room in a houseshare

Hey! I'm a museum professional, and almost finished my MA. I'm looking for a tidy, clean and quite single/ double room in a houseshare with a maximum one or two flatmates. The preferred location is nearby the city center, Moseley or JQ

I'm usually busy with my life but I prefer a space where I can come back in the evening and chat with my flatmate while cooking, and maybe going out to explore other cities as this is my main interest. My social activities are mostly outside the house, so the space will be quite and organized, and no overnight guests and I expect the same from my flatmates.

I don't drive so I don't need a parking space. But I prefer that bills are included in the rent and the space is ensuite.
