Hi there, I'm a full-time secondary school teacher looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly household. I'm planning a move from July onwards to get set up ahead of the autumn term.

I love a routine and keep a very clean and organised living space. I'm looking for a flatshare that feels like a peaceful retreat after a busy day at work.

Ideally, I’m looking to live with like-minded professionals who value a tidy and calm home environment. I’d love to find flatmates who are friendly and happy to have a casual catch-up in the kitchen, but who equally understand and respect each other’s personal space and downtime.

I have a budget of between £1000 to £1100/month and am strictly looking for my own private bathroom (either an en-suite or sole use of the main family bathroom). Location-wise, I'm looking for a pleasant neighbourhood with easy access to Newham for my commute, but that still offers a good balance of green spaces, shops, and other amenities.
