• Full time employed (hybrid working)
• Friendly, respectful, and tidy
• Happy to chat and spend time together, but also value personal space and downtime
• In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, going to the cinema, trying new activities, and catching up over dinner with friends.

What I’m looking for:
• Budget around £1,000pcm including bills, can be flexible for right place.
• Ideally no more than 3 housemates
• Furnished room with space for a desk
• Clean home and bathroom
• Good transport links into Central London / Liverpool Street
