I am well house trained according to my wife, Wendy, I do put the toilet seat down. I am considerate to other people needs, kind and display empathy and certainly do not wee-wee on the bathroom floor.

As she is going back to South Africa after a 20 Year stint in good 'ole Blighty to assiste our son and DiL with the engineering business and help raise the grandchildren on the smallholding in Potchefstroom, North West Province and thus I'm being left behind to keep on paying the bills back in SA and the UK.

I am an easy-going, outspoken and good listener who gets on well with all people. Currently seeking accommodation in Bournemouth and surrounding areas as I have been in the area for over 16 Years now with a huge commitment to Scouting and teaching children the ethos of the outdoor life and being a DofE instructor and Assessor.

I am employed at Totton and Eling Town Council as a Community Warden/Enforcement Officer and as such have been vetted by Hampshire Police due to the nature of the job as dealing with children and vulnerable adults.

I am also very involved with Scouting in the Bournemouth Scout District and have an enhanced DBS as dealing with children and have been checked with Dorset Police as I am the Deputy Group Scouter with the 35th Bournemouth Sea Scouts (RN47) who are affiliated with the Grammar Schools in East Way - Bournemouth.

I am currently studying at the moment and hope to complete my Outdoor Education Studies by May 2028.
