29 Male Professional looking for ensuite

I'm Sohraab, 29 and currently working as a solutions engineer in tech. I've lived in London my entire life and would like to move a bit more central.

My job is remote, so I work from home but am usually out the house most evenings to catch up with friends across the city and just get some time outside.

I am friendly and social and so enjoy meeting new people. I am also quite active and like going to the gym regularly and to play tennis or go on a run during the week.

Aside from that I like to explore new food spots and different things going on in London. I am interested in art and reading as well and so can appreciate some quiet time once in a while. I also travel frequently, which is a big passion of mine.

I am very tidy and organised and like to keep things well maintained. I'd like to live with others who are social, respectful and would also like to create a pleasant environment to live in.

I am looking for an ensuite room.

I am looking mainly south of the river (Oval, Stockwell, Clapham, Southwark, Vauxhall, Brixton) but would consider areas such as Camden, Hampstead, Angel, and Finsbury park too.

My budget is £1250 and would like to move asap but can be flexible
