Room needed

Hi, I'm a maths graduate from Edinburgh looking for a room from late June/early July, as my current tenancy ends on 1st July.
I'm tidy, easy-going, and have plenty of experience living in shared flats.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym, getting out and about, and socialising.
At the moment I'm planning to stay in Edinburgh and work for a while, with the possibility of starting a Master's in the future.
I'm looking for a friendly, sociable flat - or someone to buddy up with - and am fairly flexible on location, although somewhere reasonably close to the city centre would be ideal.
