Looking for a Room & a Good Flatmate Vibe

Hey everyone!!
My name is Leo and I'm a 32-year-old civil servant based in Edinburgh. I've lived in the city for the past nine years and I know it well.
I'm a clean, tidy and organised person, and I take sharing a space seriously. I'm respectful of common areas, reliable with bills and easy to live with day to day. I'm easygoing by nature and I adapt well to different living styles.
When I'm at home, I tend to enjoy cosy nights in, cooking, watching films or a good series. I also love going out for a coffee, a walk or to the cinema. I'm sociable but I equally respect people's need for peace and quiet.
My previous flatmates have become close friends, which I hope gives a good sense of the kind of housemate I am.
I'm looking for a room in Edinburgh, ideally in Leith, Meadowbank or Abbeyhill, but I'm open to other areas. I'd love somewhere with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where people look out for each other without being in each other's pockets.
