My name is Caetana Silva. I am currently in Birmingham attending an IELTS preparation course.

I am interested in renting the room and would like to know if it is available for a short-term stay from early July for one or two months.

* If the room is still available
* The monthly rent and what bills are included
* The length of stay you accept for short-term lets
* Whether it is possible to arrange a viewing

I am a quiet, responsible tenant and will be studying full-time during this period.
