23 y/o professional looking for a room in NW Ldn

Hi everyone! My name’s Nigel, I’m 23, and I’m looking for a double room in North West London as I’ll be relocating from the West Midlands to start a new job.

📍 Preferred areas: West Hampstead, Queen’s Park, Islington, Angel, Cricklewood, or anywhere nearby.

💰 Budget: Up to £1,400 pcm (including bills).

📅 Move-in date: Mid to late August, ready for when I start my new role.

I’m ideally looking for a friendly, sociable house where everyone gets along. Parking would be a bonus, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker.

* I’m easygoing, tidy, respectful, and sociable.
* In my spare time I enjoy travelling, going to concerts and festivals, and playing badminton with friends.
