Female exchange student seeking ensuite room

Hi! My name is Xiyu and I'm a female international exchange student from China. I'll be studying Earth Sciences at the University of Bristol from mid-October 2026 to mid-February 2027 (approximately 4 months).
I'm looking for a comfortable ensuite room (or a room with a private bathroom) within my budget. I'm a very quiet, tidy, and respectful flatmate — I don't smoke, I don't have any pets, and I'm not a big party person. I'm focused on my studies but also enjoy friendly chats with flatmates and exploring the city in my free time.
What I'm looking for:
Location: Ideally within walking distance or a short bus ride to the University of Bristol (BS8). I'm particularly interested in BS8, BS6, BS1, BS2, BS7, and BS3 areas.
Room type: En-suite double room or a room with a private bathroom — this is essential for me.
Budget: Up to £800 per month, all bills included (gas, electricity, water, WiFi, council tax).
Move-in date: Around 12th October 2026
Move-out date: Around 12th February 2027
Household: I would strongly prefer to live in a female-only household or a property with at least one female flatmate. No couples, please.
Other preferences: I prefer not to be in a basement. A room with good natural light, a desk, and WiFi would be ideal. In-room or shared laundry facilities nearby would be a bonus.
About me:
Clean, organised, and considerate
Non-smoker, no pets
Happy to share cooking and socialise occasionally
I have references from my current university if needed
I don't have a UK guarantor but I'm happy to pay a deposit and the first month's rent upfront
Important: As I'm currently outside the UK, I won't be able to view the property in person before arrival. I'd really appreciate it if you could offer a video viewing (via WhatsApp, Zoom, or a video call).Or I can ask someone to view the room on my behalf.
