👋 Hello there! Are you also looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home in London without the stress of sharing a bathroom or overstretched budget?

We are a friendly, down-to-earth couple searching for a lovely flatmate to team up with us. Together, we want to find and secure a bright, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. We are focusing our search on vibrant areas near Shoreditch (N1), but we are also really open to great spots in E1, E2, EC1, EC2, and North London depending on where we find the perfect place.

Move-in Date: August 30, 2026
Max Budget for 2BR/2B Flat: £2,700 including all bills
Initial Term: 6 months (with plenty of room to extend if we all click!)

🏡 Why this setup works so well: Because there are two of us and only one of you, we want to make things fair and affordable. We are happy to do a 60/40 split on everything—both rent and bills.

☕ About your future flatmates, you’ll be sharing with the two of us:
Me (32, Female): I work away on certain days in Cambridge as an accountant and might not be always in the flat during the workweek (1-2 days away). I love working out, winding down with cup of coffee or tea, and keeping our living space clean and relaxing.
My Partner (34, Female): She will work as a Project Manager in London. She is very easygoing, likes working out and plays sports. Loves a tidy home, and will be commuting and working daily in an office at N1 area.

We are warm, respectful, and enjoy a friendly chat, a shared cup of tea, or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. At the same time, we highly value personal boundaries and quiet evenings. We want our home to be a true sanctuary from the busy city—not a party house, but a place where we all feel safe, comfortable, and happy. :)
