Female Student looking for room near Marylebone

Hey everyone!

I'm Ruby, I’m 20 and am moving to London later this year to study at the Royal Academy of Music. I’m looking for somewhere to live near Marylebone from late August; any move-in from August 25th-September 4th would work for me. I’m looking to stay for 11 months until July 5th 2027, though there’s possibility for renewal.

I’m open to buddy-ups as well as individual room rentals!

A bit about me:
My interests are music, reading, crochet, however I'd be out all day almost every day studying/practising on campus, so no need to worry about any noise on my end. I’m pretty tidy and sociable (when I’m around that is!). Would definitely be up for flat nights out or nights in!

Essentials:
Within budget of £900 per month including all bills.
Within 40 minutes commute of Baker Street tube station.

Preferences:
Nearby to a Bakerloo/Metropolitan/Circle/ Hammersmith & City or Jubilee line station
Within 20 minutes commute of Baker Street station
All female flat
