Looking for a roomate!

Hi! My name is Luca and I'm looking for a roommate to rent a flat with me on a 12 month lease. Looking to move in end of August/start of September.

I am quiet and tidy, and will be out most of the time as I will be working full time, doing a placement year before uni. I enjoy speed-cubing and Tae Kwondo.

The flat is at G20 6AR. It is a 1 bedroom flat. The bedroom has a double bed, closets and desk for studying/work. The living room has been converted into a second bedroom. There's a small kitchen (with a washing machine) and a bathroom (shared).

The rent is £900 per month. Electricity is approximately £100 a month and WiFi is £40 a month (but free for the first 6 months of the lease). The council tax is band C and £175 a month (can apply for exemption if you are a student).

We'd be splitting all costs 50/50. Cost per person is £600 per month.

Looking for females only, preferably under 22, reliable and tidy.

18 minute walk to University of Glasgow's Main Campus (Gilmorehill)
25 minutes by bus or subway to University of Strathclyde or Glasgow Caledonian University
