Seeking room between Worthing & Brighton

My name is Germ, i'm non-binary and I work as a tattooer and artist. I'm 40 and I'm very experienced living in sharehouses.
I grew up in Worthing, but I've been living in Melbourne Australia for the last 17 years - my parents are still in Worthing and I've moved back for a while to spend time with them. I don't have much stuff or furniture, due to having moved internationally.
I do have a cat, his name is Ham Sandwich and he's a 14 year old Devon Rex. He's pretty chill, as he's old, and he's mostly an indoor cat but I also take him out on his harness!
I'm currently staying with my Dad for a bit in Worthing while I get settled, and I'm flexible on moving dates. I will be working a couple of days a week tattooing, a couple of days a week from home, and I also get some UC under the self employment pathway whilst I get my business established here, which will cover some housing costs. I love nature and gardening, a quiet and relaxed vibe, and I spend the majority of my time working on art and hanging out with my cat.
