A postgrad seeking a room for 3~4 months in EH8

Hi everyone,

I've just completed my MSc degree at the University of Edinburgh and am staying in the city to look for a job here. I'm a responsible, respectful tenant who takes good care of my living space.

I'm looking for somewhere to settle from late August, and I'd be looking to stay until mid-December, so around 3.5 months in total.

I'm very flexible on viewing times over this coming week — please let me know what works best for you. I'm genuinely excited about this property and would love the chance to introduce myself in person.
