PhD Student looking for a room

I am a full-time university researcher looking to rent a room. I am clean, organised, and friendly. Although I am a PhD student, and so technically student on paper, in reality I work full-time and have no time for partying! I spend most of the daytime either collecting data in the lab, analysing data, or teaching undergrads, and my evenings either at the gym or relaxing at home. My budget is around £720 without bills, but could be flexible, and could go up to £890 with bills included depending on the accommodation. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good housemate!
