Clean lodger seeking London room for summer

I’m a clean, respectful, easy-going linguistics student, and careful in shared spaces. I’d be a considerate lodger/housemate and I’m happy to fit in with the household’s routine. I’m looking for somewhere safe, well-connected re public transport, and ideally with bills included or clearly stated.

I don’t smoke, won’t be bringing pets, and can provide ID or references if needed. I’m happy to arrange a viewing or video call and can be flexible on exact dates.
