Hi! I’m Ben, currently working in hospitality in Manchester and looking for a clean, friendly place to call home. I’m fully available to move and pretty flexible on timings. I’m also due to start a Master’s course in Fashion, so I’m excited for a new chapter and to be living somewhere that feels settled and welcoming.

I’m easy-going, sociable and enjoy a good balance of spending time with people while also respecting everyone’s own space and routines. I’m tidy, organised and considerate to live with. definitely not the type to leave washing up in the sink for days lol. I enjoy a social atmosphere and always happy for a chat, film night or doing things together, but equally appreciate downtime too.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, seeing friends, travelling and exploring new places. I’m looking for a relaxed and friendly house with people who are easy to get along with and who want a nice home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
