Looking for a room in a social house share!

Hiya my names Taylor!

I’m turning 23 in July and I’m currently finalising my Psychology degree, specialising in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience. Prior to my final year, I spent an amazing year abroad in Australia, which was such a great experience, but it does mean most of my friends have now graduated and settled into homes of their own — so I’m looking for both a lovely place to live and some new people to share it with!

I’m a really friendly and sociable person and I love a good pub trip, meals out, exploring new places, concerts, travelling, and just having a laugh with people (LOVE spontaneous trips too). I’m also a bit chronically online and my love language is sharing fixations and love other sharing whatever they’re currently obsessed with, yes I will watch all 8 seasons of a show with you in a month. I’m a big believer in not taking life too seriously and think the best memories usually come from the silly little moments.

I’d ideally love a house share where I can actually become friends with my housemates — not just someone I awkwardly pass in the kitchen every day! I’d love a home where we can cook together, have cosy nights in, go out for drinks or dinners, share recommendations, and create a little group of friends.

That being said, I also really value my own time and am very respectful of other people’s space. I think the best house shares are ones where everyone feels comfortable — whether that’s chatting over a cup of tea after work, watching a film together, or having a quiet night to recharge.

I’m tidy, considerate, and would love to find a home that feels welcoming rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’m hoping to find people who are up for being friendly and sociable while still having their own routines and independence.
