Professional,Clean Flatmate Looking for Buddy Up

Hi, I'm Amir and I'm looking for either a double room or like-minded people to buddy up with and find a place together in Manchester.

I'm a full-stack developer and often work from home, so having a comfortable and respectful living environment is important to me. I enjoy socialising and getting out of the house, but I also value personal space and quiet time when needed.

I'm very clean and tidy, especially in shared areas like the kitchen, and I always clean up after cooking. Respect, consideration, and good communication are things I really appreciate in a house share.

I work in Salford, so my preference is to live around Salford or nearby areas. However, I'm also open to locations across North and West Manchester, especially if they have good transport links.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new places, watching football, trying different coffee shops, and occasionally going out at weekends. It would be great to live with people who are friendly and sociable but also understand the importance of having their own space.
