Friendly Tutor & Creative Seeking a Relaxed Home

Hi, I’m Farhaz (though most people call me FJ)! I’m a friendly, eas-ygoing professional looking for a comfortable room in the Croydon area.

I work as a tutor and also run community creative writing workshops. My schedule is a good mix of being out facilitating sessions and working quietly from my laptop. Because my days are often quite busy and socially focused, I really value having a peaceful, clean, and organised home to recharge in at the end of the day.

In my downtime, I’m very much a creative - I write poetry and make music. You won't have to worry about noise, though, as I keep any recording strictly to my audio interface and headphones! When I want to completely switch off, I usually unwind by playing management simulation games.

As a housemate, I’m responsible, respectful of personal boundaries, and very tidy. I always make sure to clean up after myself in the kitchen and shared spaces. I’m always happy to hang out, share a coffee, or catch up in the communal areas, but I equally respect everyone's need for quiet downtime and personal space.
