Looking for a Room in Elephant & Castle / SE11

Hi, I’m a student looking for a furnished room within walking distance (up to 30 minutes) of London South Bank University. Preferred areas include Elephant & Castle, Kennington, Walworth, Southwark, Borough, Waterloo, Bermondsey, Vauxhall, Old Kent Road, Peckham, New Cross, and Deptford.
My budget is up to £600 per month, and I’m looking to move in on 1st August.
I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful person who values a quiet and peaceful living environment. In my free time, I enjoy gaming, watching Netflix, and relaxing at home. I’m friendly, easy-going, and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space.
