Looking for an En-Suite Room – Immediate Move-In

Hi,

I am a professional working near Birmingham International Station and am looking for an en-suite room with a private wash room available for immediate move-in.

My location requirement:

- The property should be within 10–12 minutes walking distance of any railway station that offers a direct train service to Birmingham International Station (maximum train journey time: 15 minutes), or
- A direct bus route to Birmingham International Station with a total journey time of 30 minutes or less

Transport preference:

- I prefer a simple single mode commute only (walking + direct train, or direct bus service only).
- I am NOT interested in routes requiring multiple transport changes (e. g. bus + train combinations).

Budget:

- Maximum £550 per month, inclusive of all bills and council tax
