27 year old professional looking to flatmates

Hi! I’m looking for two people to buddy up with and rent a modern 3-bedroom flat together, ideally around Wembley Park, Wembley, North Acton or Acton.

I’m currently looking at places such as Quintain Living, UNCLE and similar modern managed developments, ideally furnished with things like a concierge, gym/resident spaces and good transport links. The plan would be for the three of us to choose the flat together and apply as joint tenants.

Budget-wise, I’m aiming for roughly £1,100–£1,200 each per month including estimated bills, depending on the exact apartment and room.

Looking to move fairly soon and ready to start viewing places once we’ve got a good group together.
