Young professionals - buddy up flatmates

2x young professionals looking for 1 or 2 people to buddy up with for a 3/4 bed flat in west London. Connected through mutual friends (Penny, 26, researcher) (Josh, 25, engineer). Looking to move asap but with flexibility. Bonus points if you like a run, pints, a kick about and smiling.

We would love to have a calm and tidy house where everyone is friendly and have a catch up of an evening, but all nice and busy, etc. We got put in touch by a mutual friend so there’s no existing house to fit into! we’re currently viewing 3 and 4 bedroom 2 bathroom properties in west London and would need someone who could sign very soon, as well as pass referencing in terms of salary/non smoking etc. we’d want to have a FaceTime call and see if we’d fit!
