Easy-going professional looking for a calm double

Hi, I'm Danny, a professional looking for a clean, comfortable double room close to the seafront: Westcliff, Leigh-on-Sea, Chalkwell or nearby on the Essex coast.

A bit about me. I run two businesses and work from home, with teams spread across different locations, so all of my work happens quietly on a screen and a headset. There are no clients, colleagues or visitors coming through the house, just me getting on with my day. I train three or four times a week, so I am out regularly and keep to a steady routine.

I am tidy, considerate and genuinely easy to live with. I look after shared space, clean up after myself and keep noise down. Because I am home during the day, your place is never sitting empty: parcels get taken in and there is someone keeping an eye on things, but I keep myself to myself. Most days you would barely know I am here.

What I am looking for:

A double room, ideally furnished and well presented, ready to move into
All bills included
Around GBP 575 to 700 a month
Use of the usual shared spaces, a living room or garden is a lovely bonus
A calm, respectful household, whether that is a live-in landlord or a small professional share

I am looking to move in over the next one to two months and can be flexible on the exact date. Happy to provide references and go through the usual checks.
