19-Year-Old Student looking for a room

Hi, I'm Marcus, 19, and I'll be moving to Leeds this year from Plymouth. I'm currently looking for a house share with friendly, respectful people who enjoy a good balance between socialising and having their own space.

A bit about me: I'm really into fitness and spend a lot of my free time at the gym or staying active. I also enjoy producing and creating digital music, which is a big hobby of mine. I occasionally enjoy going out for drinks or a night out, but I'm not a party-every-weekend type of person. Most of the time I'm pretty easy-going, relaxed, and focused on my own goals.

As a housemate, I'd say I'm clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm happy to have a chat, watch a film, grab food, or head out occasionally, but I also appreciate everyone's need for privacy and downtime. I'm looking for a comfortable, friendly home rather than just a place to sleep.

Ideally, I'd like to live with people around a similar age who are easy to get along with, respectful, and help create a positive atmosphere in the house. I'm open to meeting students or young professionals.
