Looking for flatmate to buddy up in Zone 1/2

Hi! I’m 25 and work as an engineer in big tech. I’m looking for someone to buddy up with for a place in Zone 1, ideally close to EC1V or with good public transport links. My budget is around £1,500-1600 per month excluding bills, with a little flexibility for the right place. I’m looking to move around 1 September, but can be flexible by about a week.

I enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we can chat, share the occasional dinner, have friends over now and then, and still respect each other’s downtime.

A bit about me: I love listening to and playing music (/electric guitar, always up for a jam ;) ), go to the gym, enjoy dinner parties / friends-catching-up type evenings, and am very prone to getting nerd-sniped by random interesting things. Always happy to talk about music, tech, fitness, food, films, or whatever niche rabbit hole I’ve fallen into that week.

I keep things clean, respect personal space, and WFH two days a week. I want to team up with someone like-minded to find a nice, central 2-bed with great transport links.
