Master’s student seeking studio/ 1 bed or buddy up

Hi there! I'm Duong (22), an incoming Master's student from Vietnam.

I am searching for a Studio / 1-bedroom flat, OR I'm very open to buddying up with a likeminded person to rent a 2-bed, 2-bath flat (so we both have our own en-suite).
My preferred locations are between M1 (City Centre) and M15 (around MMU / Oxford Road). My budget is around £800 - £900 per month (including bills if possible). I'm looking to move in around early to mid-September.

About me:
I am clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I play competitive badminton, so when I'm not studying or working, I spend most of my time training at the sports centre. Because of my schedule, I really value a clean, quiet, and peaceful home to rest. I'm definitely not looking for a party house.

I have a fully qualified UK-based guarantor (my uncle, who is a British citizen working right here in Manchester City Centre) ready to sign the paperwork immediately. So referencing and contracts will be incredibly quick and smooth!
